At the start of each new project, we designate a manager to act as your single point of contact. This Project Manager (PM) will work closely with you to build a mutually agreed briefing document that covers every conceivable aspect of your project. The PM will then call in their team of fitters, surveyors or merchandisers and will brief them fully on how to achieve your requirements in the most time-efficient manner possible.

Each time the team visits your project, essential data is recorded, and a report is generated. Each individual team member is granted access to our unique Focus app. This app makes project imagery and data available to our clients the instant it is uploaded. At the end of each day, this information is analysed by our head office and a daily digest is published to a secure, client portal for presentation and review.

Reports are additionally published to a dedicated cloud server – Focus Datashare – to which you are granted access. This gives you the advantage of being able to monitor your project’s progress at any moment. Our data enables us to collectively make recommendations, enhancements and improvements in preparation of your next successful campaign with Focus.
